Stones take Liam Goulding from Accrington Stanley on loan

Wealdstone have today taken defender LIAM GOULDING on a month’s loan from Accrington Stanley.

The highly promising, Goulding, 20, signed an extended professional contract with the Sky Bet League 2 outfit last year and is a product of Stanley’s youth set-up. The tall defender is continuing to build his experience in non-league football as he prepares for first team football with the Reds and will be a very welcome addition to Stones injury ravaged back line.

Wealdstone have also signed midfielder/striker BILLY GIBSON, 26, this week who was previously at Watford and Cambridge United and more recently has had non league experience at Hemel Hempstead Town and St Albans City.

Gibson was on loan with the Stones for a short period whilst a youngster at Watford
