Weston-super-Mare – Tue 7 Mar – KO19:45

We travel to the Woodspring Stadium the home of Weston-super-Mare tomorrow night (Tue 7 Mar) for our latest Vanarama National League South fixture with KO at 19:45.

Our hosts started the season with a string of good results which saw them in the upper reaches of the table in late Autumn, they then went on a dramatic  downward spiral  which lead to a change of Manager with Ryan Northmore departing and Scott Bartlett ( Forest Green Rovers Academy ) taking over. The Seagulls are presently sitting in 15th place on 35 points having won 10, drawn 5 and lost 10 scoring 41 and conceding 50 goals. When we met back in early Sep at The Vale  a goal from Elliot Benyon in the 65 minute was enough to give the Stones the win and the three points.

Another win on Saturday, this time over Gosport Borough at The Vale means that we are now unbeaten in seven games, whilst not always free flowing football on show it has provided a solid platform to get the required points on the board and sees the Stones sitting in 10th place with eleven games to go before the end of the league season.
