Fans Survey – The Match Day Experience

Today we have launched our first WFC Fans Survey of 2018 via the Club Newsletter Mailing List* where we are seeking input and comment on the Match Day Experience at The Vale.

The Survey is easy and straight forward with a number of tick boxes and free text space for you to leave comments.

This is your chance to help shape how the Club can make Match Days at The Vale a great experience for ALL fans.

Our Chairman Peter Marsden has commented:-

“As we develop and progress as a club it is very important that we seek feedback from our supporters, both regular and occasional visitors, about how we can improve our customer experience and inform our future planning. Please all take a few minutes to complete this fans survey that has been put together in association with undergraduate students from UCFB and we will publish the results in due course ”

The Survey will run until Wednesday 14 February after which the UCFB team will consolidate inputs and provide an initial report which can be briefed to the Board after which the final output will be shared with the fans.

Paper copies of the Survey Form will also be available from the WFC SC MEGASTORE located behind the dug-outs at our home game versus Weston-super-Mare on Sat 27 January and Warrington Town on Sat 3 February.
